City Groups

City Groups are the church scattered throughout the city in smaller groups so that we can love each other more specifically, receive further equipping for the work of the ministry, and have opportunities for each member to use his or her gifts to build up the body of Christ.

When City Groups gather, we share a meal together and have a time of fellowship, sing, study Scripture, and pray together. City Groups are a powerful time to get relationally connected to other believers in the church. Each group includes men, women, and children of varying ages.

City Groups meet during the 2nd and 4th week of every month, rotating with our Sunday evening service and fellowship meal (every 1st and 3rd Sunday). Groups typically range from 15-25 people, and each group has a designated leader who has been confirmed by the pastors. We believe proximity matters for community, so we would suggest visiting the groups closest to you first. However, many people choose groups that work best with their schedule. We’ve included general vicinity maps, but please reach out to a city group leader on Sunday morning for more information.

If you join a group, you can be included on the "Group Me" (free messaging app) and stay updated.

Every City Group welcomes children. We believe children are active participants in the life of the church.

Prayer Meetings

When God's people gather to pray, the Bible says we are engaging in warfare. "For we war not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." (Ephesians 6:12)

This is the reality we acknowledge when we gather for prayer each Sunday before the worship service. As such, it is both a serious labor and a joyous privilege to seek the Lord's face together.

All are invited to join in a time of intercession and worship through corporate prayer on behalf of our church, our people and their needs, the worship service and preaching, our city and community, the work of Christ in Pensacola and throughout the world.

Sundays at 9:30am-10:15am
